FAQ's
Who do I address my application to and what should it include?
Please send us your detailed resume (PDF) with your contact details, salary expectations, and earliest possible start date. A photo is optional. If you like, you can supplement your application with additional documents such as a short cover letter or references. Please send your application to our HR team. We will contact you if we have any questions.
How does the application process work?
After you have submitted your application to us, your documents will be reviewed by the respective department. If your application documents are convincing, you will move on to the next phase. This usually involves a short video call lasting 20-30 minutes to get to know each other. If you are also convincing here, we will invite you to another video call and a personal interview in our office (Netphen/Cologne). Here you will get to know the relevant department.
I have a question about an advertised position. Who can I contact?
Please send us your questions via jobs@invers.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
There is no suitable position advertised for me. What can I do?
You can send us an unsolicited application at any time. Simply fill out the speculative application form under Job advertisements or write to jobs@invers.com. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
What happens to my data?
Your application data is transmitted using TLS encryption and stored in a database that is managed by our company and operated by a third-party company called Recruitee. This database can only be accessed by the employees of our company responsible for the application process in order to fill vacant positions with suitable candidates. Your data will be deleted 90 days after the end of the application process. Only if you give your consent will we include your application data in our talent pool for 180 days so that we can consider your application for other, potentially suitable positions. You can find out more about how your personal data is processed in the application process here (Invers privacy policy).
